The concept for this full house remodeling had passive design at its core. With Tesla solar panels, high-performance wall and roof assemblies, Tesla electric car chargers, and high-performance windows, this home seeks to achieve high energy efficiency standards. The scope of work included a new accessory dwelling unit on the north side, a carport and master suite and living room addition on the south side, a new front portico, new rear covered porch, bathroom remodeling, new high efficiency walls and roofs, all new windows, new lighting throughout, and a new mechanical system.
